This site tells the story of Carsten Johanns×İldenrath who emigrated from
Deventer in Holland back in 1620 to Bergen in Norway.
He was born around the year 1590. He is the eldest known person with the name
Wildenradt.
From the female part, the family has roots to the Danish Royal Family and
it is possible to go back to "Gorm den Gamle" about the year 840.
The "Bredevad" branch is the part where I come from. Bredevad is a
small village in the south of Denmark and my father is now the 4th generation on
a familyfarm.
